These definitions should help you understand these terms and conditions. When we say “we,” “us,” “our,” “FutureX” or “FutureX Innovation Ltd” we are referring to FutureX Innovation Ltd a limited liability company registered in Scotland.
We deliver events (“the Events”) including but not limited to Startup Summit and Impact Summit; and organise programmes (“the Programmes”) including but not limited to Silicon Valley Accelerate and Berlin Impact Retreat. Both the Events and the Programmes can be referred to as the “Services”.
When we say “Applicant”, “Participant” or “Delegate” we are referring to the person or entity that is registered with us to use the Services. When we say “you,” we are referring either to an Applicant, a Participant, a Delegate or to some other person who visits www.futurexinnovation.com (“the Website”).
“Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify you or an Applicant, Participant or Delegate, directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, first and last name, date of birth, email address, gender, occupation or other demographic information.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time. The most recent version of these Terms is reflected by the version date located at the bottom of this page. All updates and amendments are effective immediately upon notice, which we may give by any means, including, but not limited to, by posting a revised version of these Terms and Conditions or other notice on the Website. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions often to stay informed of changes that may affect you, as your continued use of the Website signifies your continuing consent to be bound by these terms.

If anything on this website is construed as being contrary to the laws applicable in any other country, then this website is not intended to be accessed by persons from that country and any persons who are subject to such laws shall not be entitled to use this website unless they can satisfy FutureX that such use would be lawful.
The Website is made available to you free of charge.
The Services may require a financial transaction between the Applicant or Participant or Delegate and FutureX Innovation Ltd. Those payments can be made via third party platforms (namely: Stripe, Paypal, Eventbrite) or by bank transfer. You are responsible to review the Terms and Conditions of these third parties.
A word on specific events’ and programmes’ terms
We reserve the rights to have additional Terms and Conditions for our Events and Programmes. The Applicant, Participant or Delegate will be made aware of those Terms and Conditions before paying and contracting for the Event or Programme and has to agree to these Terms to ensure his/her participation in the Event or Programme. These additional terms can include, but are not limited to, the following matters: payment terms, cancellation policy, liability, code of conduct. Unless otherwise specified, please note that we never store your data for longer than thirty (30) days after the end of a programme.
